Contract Review and Approval
Contracts are written agreements binding Texas A&M, and the other party to the contract, to the obligations within the document.
The Department of Contract Administration has responsibility for the review and approval of contracts prior to a contract being signed by the appropriate Texas A&M officer with delegated authority to do so. Written contracts should be executed whenever Texas A&M enters into a binding agreement with another party that involves any stated or implied consideration.
