| Once the contract has been created, this status indicates Contract Administration is determining the proper mechanism (template, addendum, etc.), revieing terms and conditions, identifying any additional reviews that need to occur to execute your contract. | |
| The contract has been routed for review to someone within the University to provide feedback. In this review, the contract can be with Information Technology (Security or Accessibility), Office of General Counsel, Risk Management (Privacy, Insurance, etc.), or even back with the submitting department for additional information. | |
| The contract has been routed to the second party for additional clarification, additional documentation, or review of proposed changes required by the University. | |
| Contract Administration has completed their review and has submitted it for review and approval. The current step on the approval workflow can be viewed in AggieBuy under the “Approvals” tab on the left side. | |
| Contracts “Pending Signature” have completed routing and are ready to launch into DocuSign for execution. Contracts in this status may have already been launched into DocuSign and are awaiting confirmation from DocuSign back to AggieBuy the envelope has been successfully sent. | |
| The DocuSign envelope has been sent, and the contract is out for signature. It could be awaiting the second party’s signature or the University’s. Once executed, it will feed back into AggieBuy. | |
| The contract has been fully executed and is finished. | |
| Contracts that are “Superseded” means that a renewal or amendment have been processed and the current contract being viewed is not the most current. | |
| Contracts that have been “Terminated” will not be processed. This could be for one or more parties withdrawing from negotiation, it could be a duplicate of another contract, or it could be a contract was created to resolve the contract request, but it needs to be processed as a renewal or amendment to the executed contract. Check the “Summary” field to find the reason for termination. |
